A chemical leak at a warehouse in western Harris County closed both directions of the Grand Parkway near I-10, officials said.

HARRIS COUNTY – Officials from several departments, including the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Houston Fire Department, are investigating a report of a chemical leak at a western Harris County warehouse on Saturday morning.

The leak was reported around 4:24 a.m. at a 99 Cent warehouse located in the 23600 block of Colonial Parkway near Grand Parkway.

Officials say the north and south access roads of Grand Parkway and I-10 are closed.

Rescue teams are on the scene. No injuries were reported.
