‘Stranger Things’ Creel house lists for $1.5M in Georgia

“Don’t be surprised if you find some residual demogorgons skulking about the property,” warns this listing.

A Victorian manor used as a set in the fourth season of Netflix’s hit show “Stranger Things” has listed for $1.5 million.

The haunted home of the Creel family and Vecna’s Mindscape isn’t in the Upside Down, but in Rome, Georgia. The seven-bedroom property is listed with Jeb Arp, Mimi Richards and Katie Gettis Edwards of Toles, Temple & Wright Inc.

The seven-bedroom property was last purchased for $350,000 in 2019 before undergoing an extensive restoration, according to TMZ, which first reported the listing

In addition to its “reel” appeal, the 6,000-square-foot historic property also maintains many of its stunning original details.

“This house showcases how we can preserve and restore older homes while still making them current but stylish for years to come,” Edwards told The Post of the more than 140-year-old house. “The kitchen and the bathrooms, for instance, are all era-appropriate but with a sleek and modern twist.”

Throughout the home, there’s inlaid wood flooring, layered moldings, pocket doors and original windows — as well as an antique wall safe, built-in bookshelves, custom cabinetry and a cast iron urinal.

“You will recognize much of what has been prominently featured in the show’s fourth season, including … the majestic formal dining room where telekinesis is no longer practiced during meals; an adjoining parlor, perfect for playing Dungeons and Dragons; and a living room ideal for hosting meetings of the Hellfire Club,” the listing says.

There’s also an outdoor foyer, a mansard roof, five bathrooms, an unfinished third floor and, behind the main property, a Gothic-style guest house fully equipped with a sitting room, a kitchen, a bathroom and multiple bedrooms.

The nightmarish “Stranger Things” energies have all been evicted from the house, the listing promises, although it notes that “In the event that things get too strange and even go awry, a funeral home is located nearby.”
