9 men arrested in San Angelo on charges of having sex with minors.

The men were targeted during a two-day interagency investigation.

SAN ANGELO, Texas. The Dallas Office of Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) helped arrest nine men in San Angelo who officials said attempted to meet and engage in illegal sexual acts with minors.

Several agencies assisted in the investigation, including the San Angelo Police Department, the Abilene Police Department’s Cybercrime Unit, and the Tom Greene County Sheriff’s Office. The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office website lists at least four people who have been charged with online harassment of a minor:

  • Devon Hudson, 32
  • Domingo Cantu, 24
  • Benjamin Andrade, 27 (Andrade is also charged with possession of child pornography)
  • David De La Oh, 24

All nine suspects face federal or state felony charges. HSI stated in its announcement that “illicit sexual relations between adults and minors continues to be a public safety priority for all law enforcement agencies. Joint operations with other law enforcement agencies are critical to protecting children from exploitation, which often forces them into trafficking situations. .”
