Orlando, Florida – The 4th annual “Man of Honor” event, organized by Onyx Magazine, took place over the weekend in Orlando, serving as a platform to honor Central Florida’s most influential Black men and to celebrate the achievements of high school students. With the steadfast commitment to empower African Americans across Central Florida, Onyx Magazine presented accolades to over two dozen Black men on Saturday night during its distinguished awards dinner.

Hosted at the illustrious Rosen Centre Hotel, the event aimed to not only recognize these remarkable individuals but also provide scholarships to deserving high school and college students. Among those celebrated were prominent figures from various sectors, including business leaders, doctors, and many other outstanding contributors to society.
